Sky-high fine dining restaurant Stellar at 1-Altitude unveils a magical, multi-sensory ten-course festive dinner in its luxury Dom Pérignon Plénitude Suite available 22 to 25 December 2018. With Champagne, of course.
If you’re looking for one of the most extravagant meals to splurge on this Yuletide season, go no further than Stellar at 1-Altitude‘s upcoming ‘Christmas in the Plénitude’ experience. If the name sounds a little unassuming, trust us in that you’ll be entered into a different world where you get to combine fabulous Champagne with course after amazing course from Chef Christopher Millar featuring a selection of some of the most coveted festive ingredients sourced from artisanal producers around the world.
We’re talking about the likes of white and winter truffle, Sturia caviar, Hokkaido uni, aged Comte, and Mayura wagyu beef – that in many cases Chef Millar personally sourced – employed over ten different courses that you’ll enjoy with a glass of Dom Pérignon‘s P2 2000.
Not only that, you’ll also be immersed in a sensorial experience with the use of lighting, sound and moving visuals that will suck you into an imaginary Christmas wonderland.
Stellar at 1-Altitude’s Dom Pérignon Plénitude Suite, first opened earlier this year in July, is a progressive ‘secret’ dining space the restaurant created in collaboration with the iconic champagne brand that is the first of its kind in Singapore.
Expect dinner to end on an spectacular high as Stellar’s Pastry Chef Jasmin Chew arrives to build and assemble her reimagination of a Christmas log cake for dessert, an experience reminiscent of gathering around a fireplace on a cold Christmas night.
The ten-course Christmas in the Plénitude experience is priced at $440++ per pax, inclusive of one complimentary glass of Dom Pérignon PS 2000. Guests who dine on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day will also receive homemade accoutrements of fig and cranberry compote and mini plum pudding to take home.
