Monti at 1-Pavilion launches No Strings Attached, a two-hour free flow drinks package to go along with a tapas menu on its scenic rooftop.
There’s no lack of lovely spots around Marina Bay with a beautiful panoramic view of Singapore’s scenic waterfront, but not many offer a free-flow drinks package. Monti at 1-Pavilion does, with its newly-launched ‘No Strings Attached’ deal.
With the price of just S$58++ (from Sundays to Thursdays) and S$68++ (on Fridays and Saturdays), patrons can opt for a two-hour session before dinner sundowner from 5pm to 7pm, or the sunset sitting from 7pm to 9pm, at Monti’s alfresco spaces including its rooftop with that fabulous view. That free-flow package includes house pour red and white wines, Prosecco, selected spirits, as well as beer.
Complementing the new drinks deal is a tapas menu including some newly-introduced bar snacks. These new options include the Deep-Fried Breaded Wing & Drumlet, the Fried Caprese which is a finger sandwich of mozzarella, anchovy and olive tapenade on slices of white bread, as well as the BBQ Iberico Pork Skewers in Port Wine Glaze that comes with salsa verde. Pizza lovers will certainly enjoy the Truffle Pizza, a luscious pie topped with truffle mushroom cream, mozzarella cheese, and freshly grated seasonal truffle, or the classic Margherita Pizza. And if enjoy a good pasta, the spicy Spaghetti Aglio Olio Prawn will hit all the right notes.
