Refurbished Pan Pacific Singapore unveils newly-elevated hotel rooms, top-of-the-line technology updates to Ocean Ballroom, and new dining concepts with destination bar PLUME and Pacific Emporium.
Premium five-star hotel Pan Pacific Singapore has announced the completion of a five-month, S$30 million refurbishment that commenced earlier this year in April. Themed along the lines of its new grand vision of ‘Graceful Luxury’, the update sees the hotel improve on guest experience with a suite of improvements across its offerings.
The majority of the 790 rooms and suites at Pan Pacific Singapore have been fully refurbished. Its Deluxe Room, Executive Marina Bay Room, and Premier Suite room options, in particular, have been largely redesigned. Room size has increased, sacrificing balcony area to provide extra room space for a more comfortable stay. Beds in some rooms have also been reorientated for a view of Singapore’s bustling city skyline (instead of the usual blank walls).
For those who enjoy ultimate luxury, the Premier Suite allows access to the hotel’s newly introduced Happy Sleepers Programme – along with entry to the Pacific Club Lounge at Level 38 – where guests can choose from a pillow menu to suit all sleeping styles, along with in-room meditation and yoga, curated dining options and luxury bath products, all designed for optimal rest and rejuvenation.
Pan Pacific Singapore’s Ocean Ballroom has received a massive upgrade. Aside from a cosmetic refresh, the 450-person venue now features a raised ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows, and technological enhancements that include a 135” HD LED Display and built-in video conferencing systems.
As for new dining options? There’s destination bar PLUME, a cocktail lounge that’s inspired by the native birds of Singapore, as well as Pacific Emporium, a multi-concept dining and retail space offering a showcase of local Singapore flavours and craftsmanship. The latter comprises of The Kitchen, which celebrates Singapore’s diverse food cultures; The Bar, which puts together some innovative twists to familiar local drinks; The Deli, where guests can pick up some epicurean eats – such as baked goods, imported gourmet cheeses, house-made charcuterie, and more – to go; and The Gifting, where you’ll find a retail space of Singapore-made goods helmed in partnership with Singapore Fashion Council.
