Savour Christmas 2016 – 17-20 November

Gourmet festival Savour 2016 and its wine edition Savour Wine may be over, but don’t despair, its Christmas version coming up – Savour Christmas 2016 will take place from 17-20 November at Bayfront Avenue next to Marina Bay Sands Exhibition Centre.
It’s also the largest edition yet. The biggest draw would be Savour’s first-ever Christmas Food Market, as well as its alfresco Gourmet Village with its stellar lineup of restaurants, some of which are manned by 10 young emerging young chefs competing in the finals of the DBS Live Your Dream initiative. Each of the chefs will be presenting three dishes on behalf of their restaurant, serving up their creations to the public at just $6 or $12 per dish.
Like the previous editions Savour and Martell will be teaming to bring revellers exciting pairing opportunities. Eight dishes in the Gourmet Village have been specially created to complement Martell Cordon Bleu – and diners are invited to help vote towards the next Martell Projects: Chef. Make sure you sign up for the Martell Gourmet Passport (here), which entitles you the opportunity to vote for your favourite dishes to help select the winner.
