As part of the Wine Lust 2020 series of wine-based events by 1-Group, Stellar at 1-Altitude will offering a special five course dinner with wine pairing menu from 1-13 September 2020 featuring wines of Concha y Toro.
For the month of September, modern Australian fine dining restaurant Stellar at 1-Altitude is unveiling a special five course dinner and wine pairing menu. Offered from 1 to 13 September, the special menu – presented as part of this year’s series of Wine Lust events – features some of the best of its recently-launched Elements menu paired with quality Chilean wines from the Concha y Toro stable of wines, specifically those of Marques de Casa Concha and Casillero del Diablo.
The An Ocean Sprout, featuring smoked eel and charred asparagus paired with the Casillero del Diablo Devis Brut NV, will kick off the wine dinner. There’s also A Grounded Bass, the sustainably farmed fish in a beurre blanc sauce that’s set to be paired with the Marques de Casa Concha Limari Valley Chardonnay 2017. One of our favourites, A Saucy Pig – comprising of Iberico pork pluma with carrot and heirloom beetroot – finds a most compatible match with the Marques de Casa Concha Limari Valley Pinot Noir 2018. The elegant meal ends off with Stellar’s signature Dessert Art that comes with the Casillero Del Diablo Late harvest Maule Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2017.
The Wine Lust 5-course dinner and wine pairing at Stellar at 1-Altitude costs $160++ per person and is available from 1 to 13 September 22020 from 6pm to 10.30pm. You can book your spot here.
