Poured by Four Seasons sees five cocktail bars in its hotel properties across Asia presenting an exclusive unified menu of six cocktails for a limited time.

Despite the easing of travel through quarantine-free Vaccinated Travel Lanes between various countries, the truth is it’s still not quite so convenient to hop on a plane and fly around the region to visit our favourite cocktail bars. If that sounds like your problem, Four Seasons has an answer for you – Poured by Four Seasons.

Poured by Four Seasons is an initiative by the hotel group that sees its various award-winning bartenders from Four Seasons hotels in Singapore, Tokyo, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul and Hong Kong – including four bars listed on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list – present a special cocktail menu of six drinks that are available across all their various bars.

You’re looking at exclusive creations from Charles H. at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, Bar Trigona at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, BKK Social Club at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, Caprice Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, VIRTÙ at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo, and One Ninety at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore each contribute a cocktail to the menu.

For an elegant tipple VIRTÙ’s sparkling Champagne Poiré exudes absolute class, while the Da Hong Pao Sour from Caprice adds an Oriental twist to a vodka sour with oolong tea. The rum-based Evita by BKK Social Club is a delicious cross between a classic Negroni and Daiquiri, while the Earl Grey Gimlette from Charles H. is a particularly punchy gin-based cocktail with flavours reminiscent of – as its name implies – a good Earl Grey tea. And for those who loved their Old Fashioneds, there’s the signature Trigona Old Fashioned from Bar Trigona.

Finally there’s Vanda from One-Ninety Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, created by bar manager Gabriel Carlos. This cocktail is essentially the Singapore Sling reinvented as a sophisticated – and absolutely delightful – gin sour.

Poured by Four Seasons runs from 24 November to 5 December 2021 at bars in the Four Seasons properties in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, and Tokyo. It runs at One Ninety at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore till 12 December 2021.
