Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse celebrates its 10th anniversary with a special tasting menu for the month of March featuring some of its favourite signature dishes in the past decade.

A full decade in Singapore’s brutally competitive F&B landscape is no mean feat, so Singapore’s favourite homegrown Italian-style grill house Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse is celebrating its 10th anniversary in style this March with a special menu that its long-time regulars are really going to love.

For the month of March, Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse will be offering ‘Best of Bistecca’, a four-course limited-edition menu that is essentially the greatest hits of Bistecca in the ten years.

Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse Singapore
Bistecca was among the first steakhouses to offer Tuscan-style steak in Singapore when it opened here in 2012.

The anniversary tasting menu lets diners pick from popular favourites for their various courses. Guests start off with a choice of wine or non-alcoholic drink, followed by their primi course. This could be grilled octopus from Fremantle, pan seared scallops, or the classic burrata served with delightfully-sweet Chitose cherry tomatoes.

For your pasta course you can either opt for the busiate in an unctuous beef ragu, or pumpkin agnolotti, the latter served with fried sage and crushed almonds.

But it’s the main course – Bistecca’s signature steak – that’s the key highlight. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina is, after all, what the restaurant is named after. It’s also what the steakhouse made its name on, and pretty much the one thing everyone comes here for. You pick either the classic Fiorentina T-bone, or the Costata bone-in ribeye, both premium F1 wagyu from Australia. Your choice of cut is then char-grilled over a high temperature wood-fired grill in traditional Tuscan style, and then beautifully flayed into thick juicy slices. Just a touch of salt will elevate the meat’s flavour, but Bistecca also offers four different sauces for your dipping pleasure.

Each dinner also gets to pick one side – we absolutely adore the mac n’ cheese! – but they are a mere sideshow.

Finally you can choose from four desserts – blood orange panna cotta, tiramisu, sticky date pudding, or a deconstructed black forest cake.

And all these for S$138++ per person? It’s a glorious deal.

But if you don’t have the inclination or the stomach space for an entire tasting menu, these signatures and returning specials are also available a la carte.

We think this special menu is a great way to celebrate any anniversary. Happy 10th, Bistecca!

The four-course ‘Best of Bistecca’ tasting menu is available at Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse for the month of March at the price of S$138++ per person (full menu here). This menu must be ordered for the whole table. You can make your reservations here.
