Long Bar at Raffles Singapore presents Bangkok Tipples, a three-week cocktail popup that will host bartenders from four different Bangkok cocktail bars.
Cocktail guest shifts are coming back, a sure sign that things returning to normal for Singapore’s dining and nightlife scene after a beleaguering two pandemic years. One of the latest to be announced is Bangkok Tipples at the Long Bar; the iconic Raffles Singapore watering hole will be hosting bartenders from four Bangkok-based bars for a short stint in collaboration with Perrier.
From now till 3 July 2022, level three of Long Bar will play host to bars award-winning cocktail bars Tropic City and Vesper (No.17 and No.19 at the recently-announced Asia’s 50 Bars 2022), as well as Lennon’s and Mahaniyom. Popular up-and-coming neon-lit Tropic City is best known for its tropical cocktails, while most cocktail hounds will be familiar with chic European-inspired Vesper, which has been regularly winning awards since it opened in 2014. On the other hand there’s Mahaniyom, one of the newest bars to open in Bangkok that has a focus on sustainability. Then there’s Lennon’s, an upscale speakeasy located in Rosewood Bangkok.

Kicking off Bangkok Tipples will be Federico Balzarini, Siriwan Sinpan and Mathurot Thanathaweechaiphong from Vesper. The trio presents a curated array of delightful concoctions inspired from the bar’s repertoire and the iconic Grande Dame.
Bangkok Tipples at Long Bar runs now till 3 July 2022, Wednesdays to Sundays only from 5pm to 11pm. Cocktails are available from S$28++, while mocktails start from S$18++. Reservations highly recommended.
