1-Group will be celebrating Oktoberfest in partnership with Erdinger across six of its establishments this month of October.

Oktoberfest this year officially ended on 3 October.

But not for 1-Group. For 1-Group, 3 October is when the Oktoberfest party really starts. The leading F&B, lifestyle and hospitality group is set to transform six of its establishments this month to celebrate Munich’s biggest beer festival. From 3 to 23 October 2022, diners and beer lovers can look forward to Erdinger beer promotions, burgeoning German sharing platters and live entertainment at The Alkaff Mansion, 1-Arden, 1-Atico, Bee’s Knees, The Riverhouse and Wildseed Bar to continue the Bavarian revelry.

What’s more, The Alkaff Mansion will be hosting an All Things German Night Festival on the weekend of 15 and 16 October on its grounds for a right proper Oktoberfest party.

The 1-Group Oktoberfest celebrations take place in partnership with Bavarian beer brand Erdinger, which has been a huge proponent of Oktoberfest celebrations in Singapore over the years.

Here’s a look at the 1-Group Oktoberfest celebrations:

1-Arden

Multi-concept dining destination 1-Arden at CapitaSpring in the middle of Singapore’s central business district will see 1-Arden Bar, Bee’s Knees Urban and Sol & Luna offer Erdinger promotions at S$15 nett per bottle or S$50 nett for five, perfect for an after-work soiree.

Feeling peckish? There’s a Beer x Tapas Platter (S$60 nett) for two beers and a trio of appetisers. But if you’re starving, the Beer x Meat Platter (S$180 nett) at Sol & Luna loaded with a wagyu bavette, veal shank pie, Welsh lamb shoulder, and corn-fed chicken – good for five people! – is perfect to sate your carnivorous hunger.

The Riverhouse

For this period, The Riverhouse at Clarke Quay will be offering The Riverhouse Oktoberfest Platter (S$68++) – which comes with four different sausages as well as three pints of Erdinger – that’s a great way to fuel up before your next party spot. The Riverhouse is also holding a social media competition for the best Oktoberfest toasts, where you get to win S$100 cash vouchers for its concepts Mimi and Yin, or Erdinger beer swag.

1-Atico

Prefer a fancier night out? Consider 1-Atico atop ION Orchard. Here Argentinian restaurant FIRE, Japanese-Peruvian gastrobar FLNT, and 1-Atico Lounge will be putting out the 1-Atico Oktoberfest Platter (S$85++ for two, S$185++ for four), a veritable all-German feast comprising the classic pork knuckle, bratwurst, snail and veal sausages along with various condiments. Enjoy Erdinger here at S$15++ per bottle or S$50++ for five.

Bee’s Knees at The Garage

You can party like a Teuton at the Singapore Botanic Gardens as well! Bee’s Knees at The Garage has their Bee’s Knees Oktoberfest Platter (S$48 nett for two), which comes as classic pork knuckle and sausages, along with sides such as sauerkraut and tater tots. Erdinger here comes at S$18 nett per bottle or S$45 nett for three. A bonus for pet owners? Bee’s Knees is pet-friendly, so bring your pooch!

Wildseed Bar

You still can get your German favourites here, such as the Pork Knuckle (S60++), Sausage with Bavarian Pretzels (S$45++), or ante up with a massive Meat & Sausage Platter (S$145++ for four). There’s also Steckerlfisch (S$48++), a traditional Bavaiaran folk specilaty of grilled fish on a stick. Erdinger pints here are only S$12++ each.

TXA Gastrobar

Then there’s TXA Gastrobar at The Alkaff Mansion, an oasis of peace amidst the verdant greenery of Singapore’s Telok Blangah Hill. Come for the Oktoberfest Platter (S$178++ for four), a family-friendly spread which includes roasted pork knuckle, pork schnitzel, a trio of sausages, as well as four pints of Erdinger. Additional pints come at S$15++ per glass.

Pop-up Market at The Alkaff Mansion

From 10am to 4pm on 15 October, the courtyards of Alkaff Mansion will be converted into a bustling child- and pet-friendly pop-up marketplace. Beat the heat with kombuchas and cold brew coffees from Made Cold, while shopping for pet accessories from Ginger and Bear and Belstrel & Co, or an aromatic mix of soy, coconut and beeswax candles from MellowOver. Those who want to revel in some arcade fun can do so with the games booth with non-alcoholic beverages, while various kid-friendly activities will entertain the kids. Hungry? Indulge in some brunch specials at Wildseed Café.

All Things German Night Festival at The Alkaff Mansion

Come evening on 15 and 16 October, the grounds at Alkaff Mansion will be transformed and decked out in full German regalia for the All Things German Night Festival. Line your bellies with grab-and-go light bites from food trucks selling pretzels ($6++), German potato salad ($10++) and of course, bratwursts with sauerkraut (from $12++) with add-on bun options ($2++) to enjoy on as you lounge on outdoor seating under the night sky. Challenge friends over beer pong, and participate in various beer drinking challenges to win a chance for a trip for two to Germany courtesy of Asia Pacific Breweries. From 6pm till late.
