Shangri-La’s wine and dine extravaganza “A Festival of Wine by Shangri-La” returns again this year to Hong Kong for its fourth edition.

Wine loving gastrophiles residing in Hong Kong will have something to look forward to later this November when Shangri-La Group again present its wine-soaked epicurean fiesta “A Festival of Wine by Shangri-La”.

Similar to Shangri-La Singapore’s annual signature wine event “Festival of Wines”, this latest edition will again see the group’s three Hong Kong properties – Island Shangri-La, Kowloon Shangri-La, and Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong – host a smashing series of wine dinners that will absolutely have you salivating. Curated by Shangri-La’s exceptional professional sommelier team led by Terence Wong, the area sommelier of Island Shangri-La and Kowloon Shangri-La, these wine-centric gastronomic experiences feature some of the most drool-worthy wines and champagnes – as well as sakes and whiskies! – paired with culinary delights at the hotels’ award-winning signature restaurants.

  • [Tuesday 21 November 2023] Screaming Eagle Wine Dinner at Atrium Room, Island Shangri-La

This prestigious wine and culinary experience unveils a superior lineup of rare wines from iconic Napa Valley winery Screaming Eagle, alongside an array of enticing delicacies from an opulent starry French menu helmed by Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky at Michelin-starred Restaurant Petrus.
