The DFS Masters of Wines and Spirits 2024 edition is a massive showcase of more than 200 rare and exclusive wines and spirits from some of the world’s top houses.
DFS has launched the latest edition of its highly-anticipated Masters of Wine and Spirits showcase with an exclusive gala event in Los Angeles last week, marking the first time the world’s leading luxury travel retailer has brought its annual exhibition outside of Asia. This year the Hong Kong-based travel retail operator has again curated an impressive assemblage, putting together over 200 rare and exclusive wines, champagnes, whiskies, cognacs and more from over 100 legendary houses.
The new collection is DFS’ most extensive ever.
Themed “Ignite Your Senses”, Masters of Wine and Spirits 2024 first kicked off from City of Dreams in Macau before travelling to Los Angeles for the gala event as well as a themed in-store exhibition at Tom Bradley International Terminal within Los Angeles International Airport.
Among the sprawling collection of prestigious bottles is a special selection of even rarer ones. Comprising rare cellar and distillery releases, these are one-of-a-kind bottles that are numbered and signed and wholly exclusive for the luxury travel retailer.
These include the Glenmorangie Pommard Cask Finish 25 Year Old, an exclusive travel retail edition in the distillery’s typical penchant for additional maturation in wine casks this time using red wine casks from the Côte de Beaune of which 24 bottles – from a total of 1,000 produced – are available. From The Macallan is The Golden Age of Travel: The Motor Car. Distilled in 1937, this expression relives the golden age of the motor car during the 1930s. Masters of Wine and Spirits 2024 will feature one bottle, out of only 50 bottles in the world.
For blended Scotch whisky lovers, there’s the Royal Salute The Age Collection II. Created for Queen Elizabeth II’s Sapphire Jubilee, this set of whiskies celebrate the life of the British monarch and comprises ten whiskies starting from a 25 Year Old and ends off with a 55 Year Old whisky.

Following the launch in Los Angeles are in-store exhibitions at San Francisco International Airport and John F. Kennedy International Airport. Masters of Wines and Spirits 2024 will also feature at T Galleria by DFS, Macau, City of Dreams, running from now until the end of June.
