To celebrate Singapore’s 56th birthday, Brass Lion Distillery has partnered 18 bars across Singapore to give out over 1,000 complimentary cocktails.
Pioneering homegrown distillery Brass Lion has been one of Singapore’s shining beacons of industry, spearheading Singapore’s push to create a distilling scene. From starting Singapore’s fully-fledged distillery and opening a gin school to educate Singaporeans about distilling to making possibly what is Singapore’s first-ever whisky, indeed Brass Lion has continually history since it first opened in 2018.
Brass Lion’s latest initiative may not be as groundbreaking, but plays a crucial role in supporting Singapore’s flagging F&B scene. It has joined forces with 18 of Singapore’s favourite cocktail venues for a campaign that will see it give out over 1000 complimentary cocktails, both as a tribute to the nation but also a show of support for Singapore’s bar and nightlife scene that has been incredibly hard-hit this pandemic.
Participating venues for the Brass Lion SG56 cocktail giveaway – picked to represent Singapore’s diverse cocktail scene – include casual Haji Lane drinking hole Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall, dual-concept Barbary Coast, swanky Ritz Carlton hotel bar Republic, gin temple CIN CIN, rooftop bar Smoke & Mirrors, MO Bar at Mandarin Oriental Singapore, and award-winning Manhattan Bar at Regent Singapore, among others. These venues will each be presenting an exclusive Brass Lion cocktail for the month of August and September. Each of these venues will also be giving out 56 cocktails to members of the public via a mini-game, available for redemption from 19 August to 30 September 2021. The overall winner on top of the leaderboard by the end of the campaign to win a bottle of the Brass Lion Singapore Dry Gin.
