The MO Bar Nomadic Cocktail Odyssey Philippines edition sees the Mandarin Oriental Singapore bar tie up with three Manila cocktail bars.

Mandarin Oriental Singapore’s award-winning cocktail lounge MO Bar earlier this year kicked off Nomadic Cocktail Odyssey, a collaborative cocktail menu programme that sees it present signature cocktails from various bars from around the region for a limited time.

The first in the series saw it work with four top-rated Hong Kong cocktail bars; the second explored special tipples from four bars from South Korea. This month of October sees the Nomadic Cocktail Odyssey travel to the Philippines, where it offers a limited-time menu with special cocktails from three Manila-based bars – Agimat, Skye, and The Curator.

The Ubest I Ever Had and Ube Cream Mudslide from Agimat both employ a special cream liqueur made from ube, or yam, that gives them a creamy purplish hue.

On offer from Agimat’s owner Kalel Demetrio include Ubest I Ever Had and Ube Cream Mudslideboth of which employ ube cream liqueur. Then there’s HAGEN and Long Time, Pamela created by Aldrin Ivan Ancheta of Skye; the former is a punchy cognac-based tipple, while the latter is fruity and fresh. Award-winning The Curator’s David Ong has contributed also his refreshing strawberry-infused S & T as well as a savoury vodka-based Bitter and Sweet.

The MO Bar’s Nomadic Cocktail Odyssey Philippines edition will run for the month of October 2021, with the six cocktails available at S$22++ each. Reservations are highly recommended.
