Raffles Courtyard collaborates with Four Pillars Gin to present a unique selection of gin-based cocktails available from now till 23 June 2022.

Cocktail lovers may be aware that Raffles Courtyard, the alfresco piazza bar at Raffles Hotel Singapore, regularly puts out a quarterly cocktail menu in partnership with different brands. Previous collaborations included those with Citadelle Gin and Código 1530 Tequila, offering cocktails that are exclusively and deliciously different to its standard menu offerings.

Their latest tie-up is with Four Pillars Gin, which runs from end-February to 23 June 2022. Melbourne-based Four Pillars Gin is possibly one of the most recognisable craft gin brands to come out of Australia, and its award-winning gins – from its signature Rare Dry Gin to the iconic Bloody Shiraz Gin – have been gracing shelves and back bars in Singapore since 2014.

For this partnership with Four Pillars Gin, Raffles Courtyard will be presenting six specially-curated cocktails. There’s the Courtyard Sling, featuring Four Pillars Spice Trade Gin, combined with Earl Grey cinnamon nutmeg syrup, strawberry puree, pineapple, and lime juice. Vamsi, on the other hand, uses the Four Pillars Original Rare Dry Gin, and employs IPA beer syrup, bitters and citrus juices for a more robust flavour. Prefer something more savoury? Manzanilla puts together Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin, Manzanilla sherry, Green Chartreuse and St Germain elderflower liqueur for a more briny yet herbaceous tipple.

Or how about Venus 99? This is a full-bodied cocktail made with Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin, watermelon shiso shrub, moscatom orange bitters, and some absinthe for a spicy, herbal note.

If you prefer something more classic, Orange & Tonic is a gin and tonic and Aperol Spritz hybrid combining Four Pillars Navy Strength Gin, Aperol, orange juice that’s topped up with tonic water, while Spiced Negroni is a twist on the classic aperitif with Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin, Campari, spiced vermouth, with a touch of dark crème de cacao with added rounded bitterness.

You can also taste the gins neat – for this period, Raffles Courtyard will be offering a Four Pillars Gin Flight, which comes as three flavours of gin with tonic.
