Raffles Courtyard partners Citadelle Gin to present a selection of gin-based cocktails available from now till end-October 2021.

If you’re a fan of gin-based cocktails, be sure to head down to Raffles Courtyard where they have an exclusive cocktail collaboration with Citadelle Gin. For this quarter, the alfresco piazza bar in Raffles Singapore is working with the French gin for a limited-time cocktail menu that tastes of summer.

While a number of the special cocktail creations feature the Citadelle Origin Gin, some are concocted from the recently-released Citadelle Jardin d’été. The new addition to Citadelle’s core range sees the addition of melon flesh, whole lemon, yuzu zest and additional orange peel on top of the 19 botanicals, lending it fresh and fruity notes perfect for making both refreshing summery cocktails as well as adding flavours to punchy, spirit-forward tipples.

You’re looking at exclusive Raffles Courtyard cocktails such as Jardin Collins, a fruity twist on the classic tall drink using the Citadelle Jardin d’été with Aperol, lemon juice, melon juice, and mandarin orange. Otherwise there are two special Jardin d’été cocktails by Citadelle – there’s the herbaceous Bonbonnet Fizz, which sees the summer gin combined with lemon juice, mint, thyme and then topped up with soda water. For something stronger, the Neptune puts together the gin with vermouth, pear liqueur, spiced honey apple syrup and Chartreuse for a cocktail with a kick.

Raffles Courtyard x Citadelle Gin Merci
Have Merci on me with this fruity Citadelle Origin Gin-based cocktail with big peach and raspberry flavours.

There are Citadelle Original Gin-based cocktails as well. Merci is a fruity tipple with big peach and raspberry flavours. On the other hand Courtyard Breeze is a purple hued twist on the Gin Martini with the addition of violet liqueur, while the Gin Old Fashioned is likewise a powerful cocktail that eschews the usual bourbon in an Old Fashioned for gin.

All Raffles Courtyard x Citadelle cocktails are $20++ each. They are $15++ during happy hour, which runs from 6pm to 9pm daily. If at all possible, drop by on a Thursday night when Raffles Courtyard holds its G&T O’Clock special when a Gin & Tonic is just $10++ from 3pm to 10pm.

The Raffles Courtyard collaboration with Citadelle is available daily from 3pm to 10pm from now to 31 October 2021.
