15 Stamford by Alvin Leung at Capitol Kempinski Singapore launches a brand-new Tropical Sunday Champagne Brunch that combines a luxurious buffet spread with free-flow champagne and tropical cocktails.

There’s a new Sunday champagne brunch in town. And if you love your tipples as much as we do, the freshly unveiled Tropical Sunday Champagne Brunch at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung is set to be your new boozy weekend indulgence.

Cocktail aficionados already know that Bar at 15 Stamford offers a Saturday liquid brunch (which it recently extended from the last Saturday of every month to every Saturday). But 15 Stamford’s new Sunday champagne buffet brunch is another level altogether.

Its new Tropical Sunday Champagne Brunch is so all encompassing that it takes up pretty much every part of the restaurant. Lining the counter of the open kitchen is a fabulous spread of grilled meats and seafood – think hanging wagyu tender, Angus beef ribeye, char siew pork belly, roasted lamb leg, or spit-roasted red snapper – along with stations for a la minute pasta and noodle dishes as well as various Indian favourites. In one room are massive platters of fresh sashimi and cold seafood such as baby lobster, tiger prawn, blue mussels, little neck clams, seasonal oysters, and more.

In another room? All manner of desserts. Hidden in a corner? A luxurious foie gras station dishing out pan-seared foie gras.

Even the bar is not spared. Here you’ll find all your deli and antipasti favourites, its counter brimming with different cheeses (Fourme d’Ambert to Roquefort, Grana Padano, and Reblochon, among others), charcuterie like beef bresaola, mortadella bologna with pistachio and even the highly-prized Jamón Ibérico De Bellota.

But the reason why we’d keep coming back to 15 Stamford’s Tropical Sunday Champagne Brunch? Free flow champagne! Depending on the package you pick, you can avail yourself to the Telmont Reservé Brut Champagne Brut, Telmont Rosé Champagne, Billecart Rosé, or the Billecart Blanc de Blancs.

And while many other boozy brunches have also started offering cocktails, 15 Stamford goes above your usual spritzes and gin and tonics. There’s a selection of tiki-themed rum-based cocktails by 15 Stamford’s talented bartending team, as well as classic cocktails – Negroni and Old Fashioned, for example – that will please the most traditional of drinkers.

Here’s a tip for spirit lovers. As part of the brunch, you can avail yourself of a variety of spirits – rum, whisky, bourbon, and more – by the pour, so there’s nothing stopping you asking for a nip of Bacardi Ocho rum to go with your ribeye.

We may have just found our favourite new boozy weekend brunch.

Happening every Sunday, 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung’s Tropical Sunday Champagne Brunch starts at S$188++ with free-flowing cocktails, wines, beer, and Telmont Reservé Brut Champagne Brut; S$218++ for Telmont Rosé Champagne; S$248++ for a Billecart Rosé; or S$268++ for Billecart Blanc de Blancs.
